Farmhouse Christmas Dining Table Display with Minaiture Trees, Pinecones, Dried Oranges and Cinnamon Sticks

Happy Christmas Eve friends!

This morning I started planning my Christmas table centrepiece.

I found some inspiration on Pinterest and knew what look I wanted to go for - lots of little trees, pinecones and dried oranges on a pretty white cloth table runner.

I found the perfect linen runner with cute frayed edges at Myer. And it was on sale!

Then I "shopped my home" for an assortment of miniature trees.  5 turned out to be a good number.

For my centrepiece I used this snowy pine sitting in an adorable white vintage pudding bowl.

Then I added some stems of greenery and some loose pinecones.

And some dried orange slices, (borrowed from my Christmas tree).

To each orange slice I added a tea light candle underneath and let the flame poke through the middle of the orange slice. And when you turn the lights on they look so pretty.

And on top of each orange slice I added a sweet little cinnamon stick.

I also added a few blood orange scented star candles. These smell amazing.

And here is my finished display, from above.

My reindeer framed canvas from Spotlight on the wall above makes the perfect backdrop.

Now to set the table!
