2015 Vintage Farmhouse Christmas Home Tour

These are our French doors that open into our living room.

I made the two little green wreaths to hang on the doors using
burlap bows and rusty old bells.

Our living room tree corner with our main tree and my wooden stocking tree ...

Oh Deer cushions ...

A white bell wreath and wooden lettering above our main windows ...

On the white chest a wire basket full of pinecones, dressed up with a burlap bow.

And our small green tree also got another restyle ...

With a chain garland made from vintage sheet music,
and matt gold baubles.

The TV corner ...

with the small wreaths when the doors are open.

On the pianola roll cabinet is a white tree sitting in an old jug,
decorated with stars and small gold baubles,

my handmade Merry Christmas sign, a white paper mache reindeer,
and my ribbon Christmas tree with light up baubles.

I had decorated a gold tree for this year, but changed it to a more simple
neutral vintage farmhouse tree.

Sitting on a small vintage Queen Anne table ...

With a delicate garland made from sewn together circles, cut from paper dollies,

Old sheet music pinwheels, matt gold baubles,

and handmade clay ornaments.

Welcome to the dining room ...

I hung a cute little wreath on the front of the glass display cabinet
made from a burlap bow and a set of 3 old rusty star cookie cutters.

And in the corner another small white tree in a milk can, decorated with
handmade fabric drop cloth stars, and surrounded by painted pinecones.
Together with my drop cloth rag wreath hung with a pinecone centrepiece.

And on the table another cute white flocked mini Christmas tree,
and two paper mache reindeers.

And on the buffet more reindeers, a mesh tree, and a twig wreath.

Together with tin painted tree ornaments and white pinecones.
And my chalkboard tray.

And a white 3D star with attached bells.

And over my French doors, a handmade burlap and jute string Christmas flag bunting.

A few Christmasy touches on the vintage writing
desk as you walk in ...
including a ceramic angel bell, snow filled glass candle holder,

my favourite mini heavily flocked Christmas tree,
and a framed copy of Jingle Bells vintage sheet music.

My gold wreath also got a white makeover ...

This is the view from the dining room into the sun room ...

The sunroom also got a new white tree dressed with gold floral sprigs and baubles.

And a tired little kitty cat ...

I hope you enjoyed my Christmas tour this year.
