Stenciled Easter Bunny Drop Cloth Cushions

Just wanted to do a very quick post of the Easter Bunny cushions I included in my Easter Home Tour.

These were very easy to make. I sewed up 2 simple pillow case style cushion covers from drop cloth. Then used my bunny stencil and filled it in with brown paint.



Then I used a small black paint brush and filled in the eyes, mouth and whiskers.


I purchased some striped fabric ribbon to keep the side closed.

And sewed it on.

And here is my very beautiful assistant modelling the ribbon ties. ;)

And here is the finished cushion on the lounge.

For the other cushion I flipped the stencil so they would be looking at each other.
